Our principal activity is the placement of candidates within organisations through executive search. As such, it is necessary for us to gather contact and relevant career-related information through our dealings with you (including but not limited to; phone numbers, email addresses, CVs, remuneration packages etc.). We do this so we can best represent your interests during the search process. We will gather information in a number of ways: through face-to-face conversations with those candidates and clients we are representing; when you speak with us by telephone or through social media networks. This information is securely stored electronically on our internal database.

By providing us with your personal data, you are accepting that our team may access it. However, the access of your personal data by our clients will only ever happen with your full permission.

We protect the privacy and security of personal and sensitive information we hold through the use of encryption, security access, firewalls and computer security systems. We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal and sensitive information, which is held by us. We may also use third party data storage providers and servers to store your personal information.

We cultivate long-term relationships and regularly work with individuals throughout their career.  That means that we generally hold on to your personal data long term, as we constantly update this through our on going dialogue with you or through industry notifications.
