1 stage one – (GRATIS) – NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND REALITY CHECK
You do not need to come to us with any preconceived ideas or a particular plan. Many people do not know what they want other than something has to change for them, and that is absolutely fine.
By the end of Stage ONE, this assessment will help you evaluate your options and we will know whether this programme is for you or not. We will have understood what your ambitions/frustrations are and will have a clear working history of your entire career to-date.
Identifying what you really want can be difficult to pinpoint on your own, so we help you reach a position of clarity. We unpick presumed obstacles, liberate you from limiting beliefs, and advise on how to manage the real hurdles. We look at what drives you and what holds you back.

3 stage three – creating powerful marketing standout
We look at self-promotion strategies to elevate the way recruiters and hiring managers perceive you. First impressions count, so we deconstruct and start afresh, rebuilding your CV to develop absolute standout, and show you how to keep the CV fresh and alive, long term.
We review your social media profile, looking at keyword selection and profile optimisation so that you win with both human readers and the LinkedIn algorithms.
4 stage four – the videoed interview
We now look at how you can excel in person. It is easy to sabotage a strong marketing message through unconscious behaviors at interview stage. So we video a full-length, simulated, formal interview with Julie Salamon, and provide constructive feedback on your performance, in its entirety. You can now make any mistakes on friendly territory, safe in the knowledge that we will spot them and turn the situation to your advantage.
